Shurooq Has Completed the First Phase of the Najd Al Meqsar Development

The Najd Al Meqsar project in Khorfakkan has officially commenced with an exciting soft launch, as announced by the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq). Managed by Sharjah Collection, this initiative is set to become one of Sharjah’s premier luxury hospitality and cultural tourism destinations in the eastern region.

  • Phase 1 Launch: The project has kicked off under stringent ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) guidelines, highlighting Shurooq’s commitment to preserving Sharjah’s heritage and traditions.
  • Restoration and Sustainability: Collaborating with the Sharjah Infrastructure Development Authority (Mubadara), we are meticulously restoring the village using high-quality materials.This approach respects the community’s architectural history and integrates seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, offering a compelling destination for modern travelers.

Future Plans for Najd Al Meqsar

  • Phase 2 Overview: Anticipated for completion in the first quarter of 2026, this phase will expand the project with additional apartments spread over 16,500 m². It will include social areas and scenic views of the valley.
  • Enhanced Visitor Experience: Phase 2 will provide access to trails, the Wadi Wishi archaeological site, and other local attractions, further enriching the visitor experience.
