Prestige One Developments is set to expand its portfolio with 11 new luxury residential projects across Dubai, alongside regional and international growth plans.

Expansion Plans: Prestige One Developments will nearly double its portfolio in 2025 with new projects across Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, JVC, and Dubai Islands.
Regional Growth: The company is expanding beyond the UAE into the GCC and West Africa.
Project Completions: The developer will hand over two flagship projects—Vista in Dubai Sports City and The Residence in JVC.
Alignment with Dubai 2040 Urban Plan: The company has developed over three million square feet in Dubai, enhancing urban spaces.
Leadership Expansion: Yamin Shihab, former MD of Colliers Project Leaders, has been appointed as Chief Development Officer.
Record Year in 2024: Over 1,500 commercial and residential units launched, alongside new project constructions and a partnership with the Argentina Football Association.
Long-Term Vision: By the end of 2025, the company will have 25 residential and commercial projects completed or under development in prime locations.
