The new director of revenue strategy- Elena Blinova
With nearly 20 years in revenue management, Elena brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Director of Revenue Strategy. She’s known for her innovative approach to enhancing hotel profitability. Her previous roles include Cluster Director of Revenue at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and NH Collection Dubai The Palm. Elena’s international experience spans prestigious hotels across Germany, Slovakia, Croatia, and Russia. She holds a CRME certification from HSMAI and a diploma in economics from Ural State University.
The F&B director – Faustyna Dziewonska
Faustyna, the new Director of Food and Beverage at W Dubai – The Palm, comes with extensive international experience. She has managed operations at renowned venues such as the Four Seasons Hotel Doha and Nobu Hotel Warsaw. Faustyna’s leadership extends across Poland, Hungary, Qatar, and Bahrain. She holds a BBA in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Hague and an Executive MBA in Global Hospitality Management from Les Roches Global Hospitality Education. Her focus is on elevating dining experiences and pioneering culinary innovations at W Dubai – The Palm.
