Meydan Awards $272M Contract for District One West Phase Two

Meydan, a part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has entrusted Ginco General Contracting LLC with a $272M contract to develop Phase Two of District One West in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City. The project, set for completion in Q1 2028, will feature luxury villas, extensive green spaces, and premium waterfront living.
- Project Scope: Construction of 229 four-, five-, and six-bedroom villas with accompanying infrastructure.
- Completion Timeline: Scheduled for Q1 2028.
- Developer Partnership: Ginco General Contracting LLC, with 35 years of regional experience, awarded the AED1 billion contract.
