Dubai real estate investors can now access services remotely via video calls or WhatsApp messages, eliminating the need for time-consuming office visits, thanks to a new innovative initiative.
Director General of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, announced the launch of the “6005AQARI” platform in conjunction with “Injaz” Real Estate Registration Trustee, in a calculated move that demonstrates DLD’s dedication to fortifying alliances and cooperating with the private sector.
In order to achieve the lofty objectives of the Dubai Land Department, which include securing Dubai’s leadership in the international real estate market, partnerships and collaboration with the private sector are essential, according to Khalifa Alsalfa, Director of the Real Estate Services Pioneering Department at the Dubai Land Department.
