Meraas has awarded a $27.3 million construction contract for the Bluewaters Bay project to China State Construction Engineering Corporation, marking a major milestone for this waterfront development, set for completion in 2027.

• Construction contract for Bluewaters Bay awarded to China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Middle East) for AED 1 billion ($27.22 million).
• The project features two residential towers, offering 678 one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
• Retail and dining outlets will be located on the podium level.
• Bluewaters Bay will provide access to Ain Dubai, beaches, and lifestyle amenities.
• The development is expected to be completed by Q4 2027, offering easy access to JBR and Al Maktoum International Airport.
