• Wheelchair Users: Dubai Opera is fully accessible to wheelchair users. Designated wheelchair seating and companion seats are available. Please note that wheelchair seating is limited to specific areas due to the auditorium’s seating configuration, but the best available position will be provided.

These Ticketing Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”) apply to all tickets purchased for events at Dubai Opera. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.

1. Ticket Entry
   • This ticket must be presented to gain entry to an event.
   • Altering, removing, or defacing any part of the ticket will invalidate it.
2. Resale and Commercial Use
   • Without the prior written consent of Dubai Opera, this ticket must not be resold or used for advertising, promotion, or other commercial purposes. Any unauthorized resale or use will result in the immediate cancellation of the ticket.
3. Event Validity
   • This ticket is only valid for the specific date, time, and event shown.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
   • Dubai Opera does not offer refunds or exchanges due to personal circumstances.
   • Refunds or exchanges may be considered at Dubai Opera’s sole discretion only if an event is cancelled or rescheduled, and you cannot attend the rescheduled event. This includes circumstances related to Covid-19.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets
   • Dubai Opera can only replace lost, stolen, or damaged tickets if the authenticity of the ticket is verified, including proof of purchase. A replacement fee may apply.
6. Event Changes
   • Dubai Opera reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.

8. Concessions

14. Dress Code

From Abu Dhabi:

• Continue on Sheikh Zayed Road E11 and take Exit 50 toward Burj Khalifa/Financial Center Road (Lower level).
• Follow the road and take the first exit on the right onto Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Blvd.
• Go straight and follow the Dubai Opera signage.
• You’ll pass Dubai Opera on the opposite side of the road. Continue to the traffic lights and take the second U-turn near Vida Downtown Hotel.
• After the U-turn, continue straight for P3 Underground Parking. Follow the signage inside the parking area to reach Dubai Opera.

From Dubai Creek and Sharjah:

• Take Oud Metha Rd-E66 and exit to Al Asayel Road, just before Al-Wasl Sports Club.
• Follow the road and take the exit right at School Street toward Dubai Fountain Street.
• Continue along Dubai Fountain Street, past the roundabout, and take the second exit.
• Turn left onto Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Blvd, continue straight, and turn right near Reem Al-Bawadi Restaurant.
• Dubai Opera will be on your left.

By Public Transport

On Metro:

• Take the Red Line and get off at Burj Khalifa Station.
• From there, walk through the walkway to Dubai Opera via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard (approximately 25 minutes walk).

On Bus:

• Get off at the Dubai Mall Metro Station bus stop.
