Dubai Holding Real Estate’s Meraas has taken a major step forward in the development of the luxurious Bvlgari Lighthouse, awarding a Dh850 million construction contract to Dutco Construction Co LLC. This highly anticipated project is set to rise on Jumeira Bay Island, with construction set to begin now that marine works on this section of the island have been completed, as announced on Monday.
