Expo City Dubai has awarded four major contracts for its new residential development, Expo Valley, with three of these contracts going to UAE-based companies. Additionally, land plots within the development are now available for sale, marking a significant milestone in the project’s progress.

Total Residences: The project will feature 532 villas, townhouses, and semi-detached residences.
Opening Date: Expo Valley is set to open to the public in early 2026.

Parsons: Overseeing groundwork supervision and enabling works.
Al Naboodah Contracting Company: Responsible for landform grading and decommissioning below-ground services.
Al Nasr Contracting Company: Handling road construction, landscaping, power systems, and utility networks.
AECOM Middle East Limited: Managing infrastructure projects and site supervision.
